Two ways we can help
Whether your loved one needs regular visits throughout the day or someone with them around the clock, we can arrange care that fits around them. If you're not sure which type is right, that's exactly what a free assessment is for.
Visiting Care
We visit at agreed times, from a single call in the morning to several throughout the day. Consistent carers, built around your loved one's existing routine.

Live-in Care
A dedicated carer lives in the home and provides support day and night. A real alternative to residential care, without asking your loved one to leave familiar surroundings.

What care actually looks like
Every care plan is different, because every person is different. What we do during a visit or stay is shaped around the individual, not a standard checklist. We commonly help with:
Personal care
Medication
Meal preparation
Companionship
Domestic support
Getting out and about
Overnight support
Return from hospital
Pet care
Dementia Care
Specialist care that goes into the detail this situation deserves, delivered by a team recognised nationally for dementia training.
Dementia care
Palliative & End of Life Care
Compassionate support that allows your loved one to stay at home, comfortable and cared for, with the people and places that matter to them.
Palliative & end of life care
Who we are
An independent provider, accountable to the people we care for
Orbis Care was founded in Henley-in-Arden in 2021 by Raj and Prabh Gill. Raj is our Managing Director and Registered Care Manager, the person who is legally accountable for every aspect of how care is delivered here.
We're not a franchise. There's no head office setting the terms we work to, and no layer between us and the families we support. We employ every one of our carers directly, which means we're responsible for how they're trained, how they work, and how they treat your loved one.
"Raj has transformed training from a compliance exercise into a genuine development journey. Through funded qualifications, specialist learning opportunities and innovative initiatives such as dementia simulation training, she has created a culture of continuous improvement."Stars of Social Care 2026 Judges, Learning & Development category
Your family stays informed
See every visit, from anywhere
We use a family app that gives relatives real-time visibility of care visits, what was done, what medication was given, and what the carer observed. It's free for all family members of our clients.
It means you're not waiting for a phone call to find out how your loved one's day has gone. You can see for yourself.
Starting care is simpler than most families expect
Call us
Tell us what's happening. We'll listen, answer your questions, and explain the options. No scripts, no pressure.
Free home assessment
We visit your loved one at home, talk through their routine and preferences, and produce a written care plan with a full cost breakdown. You have everything in writing before anything starts.
Care begins
We introduce your loved one to their carer before the first visit, then begin at a time that suits you. We stay involved as needs change.
Questions families ask us
What's the difference between visiting care and live-in care?
Visiting care means a carer comes at agreed times, typically once or more a day. Live-in care means a carer lives with your loved one full time. Both are shaped around the person. If you're not sure which fits, a free assessment usually makes it clear.
How much does home care cost in Warwickshire?
Visiting care starts from £22 for a 30-minute weekday visit. Live-in care is priced weekly. We publish all our rates on the Pricing page because you should know what care costs before you call us, not afterwards. The full cost is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
How do I know when my loved one needs care?
The signs usually build gradually, difficulties with medication, getting dressed, preparing meals, or moving safely around the home. A fall or a hospital stay often prompts families to act, though earlier is usually better. A free assessment gives you a clear picture with no obligation.
Will my loved one always see the same carer?
Yes. We assign a small, consistent team to each client and treat that consistency as a priority. The kind of trust that makes care genuinely comfortable only develops when the same people keep showing up.
