A free assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will visit your loved one at home, talk through their needs and preferences, and give you a clear, written picture of what we can provide, and what it will cost. Most assessments take around an hour.
What to expect
Step 1, We confirm your appointment
You will receive a confirmation by email or phone. If you need to change the date or time, just call us on 01564 335180.
Step 2, We visit
Raj or a member of our care management team visits your loved one at home. We take time to understand their routine, their preferences, and what support would make a difference.
Step 3, You receive a written care plan
Within 24 hours of the assessment you will receive a written care plan and full cost breakdown. There is no obligation to proceed.

- You are in control. We will not pressure you. Take whatever time you need to decide.
- Honest advice. If we think a different type of care would suit your loved one better, we will say so.
