We publish our rates because you should know what care costs before you pick up the phone. The prices below are our standard rates. Your free assessment confirms the exact schedule and total weekly cost in writing before anything starts.

- Bank holidays: double rate
- Mileage: 50p per mile when your carer accompanies your loved one in their vehicle

Bank holidays: double day rate applies.
The food allowance covers your carer's meals. Your carer will need their own bedroom. There are no other additional costs.
Break cover: live-in carers are entitled to a daily 2-hour break. In many cases additional cover is not needed, we will discuss this at assessment.
What the rate includes
All visiting care rates cover your carer's full time during the visit, from arrival to departure. There are no additional charges for personal care, medication, or domestic tasks carried out during the visit.
What is not included: mileage when your carer drives your loved one (50p per mile), bank holiday supplement, and any third-party costs such as prescription charges or specialist services arranged separately.
No minimum contract period: care can start and stop as needed. We give clear written notice of any rate changes.
