Care that fits around your loved one's day

We visit at times that work for your loved one, once in the morning, several times throughout the day, or anything in between. Visits from 30 minutes, delivered by carers who know them.

What to expect

Care built around their routine, not a rota

A visiting carer comes to your loved one's home at agreed times. That might be a morning call to help them get up and have breakfast. It might be three or four visits through the day covering meals, medication, and companionship. The schedule is built around what they actually need, not a default package.

Visits can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes. From the first assessment we take time to understand your loved one's preferences, not just what they need help with, but how they like things done. That detail is what separates care that feels comfortable from care that feels like an intrusion.

What we can help with during visits

Every care plan is built around the individual. During your free assessment, we work through exactly what support is needed and build the plan around that. We commonly help with:

  • Personal care

Washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, carried out with care and respect.

  • Medication

Reminders, prompting, or administration as needed. Every visit is recorded.

  • Meal preparation

Hot meals, snacks, and drinks prepared to your loved one's preferences.

  • Companionship

Time that goes beyond the task list. Conversation, a walk, a familiar face.

  • Domestic support

Light housekeeping, laundry, tidying. Keeping the home comfortable and safe.

  • Getting out and about

Accompanying to GP appointments, shopping, or social activities. Our carers are fully insured to drive clients in their own vehicle, at 50p per mile.

  • Overnight support

Sleeping nights or waking nights for people who need cover through the night.

  • Return from hospital

Support with the transition home after a hospital stay, coordinated around discharge needs.

  • Pet care

Feeding and looking after your loved one's pet as part of the visit.

The same carers, every time

We assign a small, consistent team to each client from the start. We do not send whoever is available. Your loved one will build a relationship with people they know, and that consistency is something we actively protect as care continues.

Trust takes time. The kind of care that makes a real difference to someone's day is only possible when the same people keep showing up.

Your family sees every visit

We use a family app that gives relatives real-time visibility of every care visit, when it started, when it ended, what was done, what medication was given, and anything the carer wants to flag.

It works from anywhere. Whether you live five minutes away or five hours, you do not have to wait for a phone call to know how your loved one's day has gone. The app is free for all family members of our clients.
