Professional referrals
Orbis Care accepts referrals from social workers, hospital discharge teams, GP practices, occupational therapists, and other health and care professionals. This page covers what you need to know.
About Orbis Care
We are an independent domiciliary care provider based in Henley-in-Arden, founded in 2021. We provide visiting care and live-in care to adults across south Warwickshire, the Solihull area, and north Worcestershire.

What we can provide
Visiting care
Scheduled visits from 30 minutes. One or multiple visits per day. Personal care, medication, meals, domestic support, companionship, and accompanying. Full care task list available on request.
Live-in care
A dedicated carer living with the client, providing 24-hour support. Suitable for people with high or complex needs, including dementia. A home-based alternative to residential placement.
Specialist support
Our carers are trained in dementia care, medication management, and end of life support. We are happy to discuss specific clinical or support needs as part of the referral conversation.
How to refer
How the referral process works
Contact us
Call or email with the client's name, location, and a brief outline of their needs. We will confirm whether we have capacity and whether we cover the client's area.
Assessment
Raj or a member of our care management team will carry out a needs assessment, at the client's home, in hospital, or in a care setting, depending on the situation. We aim to complete assessments within 24 hours of receiving a referral.
Care begins
We produce a written care plan, confirm the start date, and begin care. We provide regular feedback to the referring professional as appropriate and flag any concerns promptly.
